Refund /Refund and exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with the Taste of Africa that Shirleh Creations brings to your home or office. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for full store credit or an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Return will only be accepted if there is a production error or issues with your order. Shirleh Creations will replace your order at no additional charge. No refund / exchange will be accepted once purchase is complete. All issues must be reported within 10 days of the received date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item or report any issue with your product, please call our customer service at 612-503-9976 or email us at shirlehcreations@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item in a secure packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE POLICY
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange item. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to the processing of your return or exchange. We will notify you when your return has been processed. Exchange will only be accepted if the product has not been made. Once the product is complete, no exchange will be accepted.
FABRIC EXCHANGE
We cannot guarantee exchange of fabric. Contacting Shirleh Creations to exchange selected fabric will depend on availability. If a product has not been created and we have the new selected fabric in stock, fabric exchange can be made with no additional cost. Fabric exchange, refund and store credit will not be granted once the ordered product has been processed/made.
